Prior to the launch of mcj in August 2007, I spent 20 years on the radio as "Annie Ashe" in Philadelphia (WJJZ), San Francisco (KBLX), Boston (WZLX), and I helped launch a network (Smooth Jazz Network) • morse code jewelry® is bracelets and necklaces with the components laid out in the dot and dash pattern of morse code to ' spell ' words. It is never plated, plastic, or vermeil. mcj is made within sight of the waters where the world'a first two-way, transatlantic Morse code exchange originated, Marshfield, Massachusetts, USA (to/from Machrihanish, Scotland, UK), Christmas eve, 1906.
While the banner above clearly denotes my company's logo, this space has evolved such that a note about its contents seems appropriate. Most of the posts here have to do with hypocrisy of the media or political kind, and not vanilla news about the corporate goings on at morse code jewelry! Some have advised me that mixing business and politics is not advisable but my whole, wonderful, successful life has swimming against the stream as its constant undercurrent (How about that water imagery, huh?) so for those of you who are offended by what's posted here I have this to say: No-one is forcing you to read it and if you are sufficiently offended not to do business with me, I don't want your money anyway. You'd probably end up being a pain in the a** and I don't need the aggravation.
